This is an expansion of my previous Ambient Lighting build. Take a look at it first:

This time I will add a new function to my DIY Ambient Lighting. Until now It only works with the Raspbmc software. That means that I can not add Ambient Lighting to my PS3 or cable TV. That is about to change.
Step 1: Watch the video!
The video tells you all important steps that you have to follow to make this build happen.
Step 2: Order your parts!
Here are the components with example sellers that I used. If you buy exactly the same ones then it should probably work for you as well:

Step 4: Download the Android App!
It is really awesome to use those WS2801 LED strips as a mood light.
And the Android App makes it so much easier. So go ahead and download it. You can also buy the 1$ app to support the developers:

Step 5: Success!
You did it! Again! Congratulations to your second Ambient Lighting Build. I hope you enjoyed it.
